Sales tax law in Pakistan is ever changing. For the registered persons it is very necessary to remain updated about the latest amendments in sales tax rules. On the other hand, it is very hard for the common registered persons to understand the amendments made through SRO. Through this blog I will try to explain the theme of the SROs/circulars issued by the Federal Board of Revenue and not just reproduce the SROs.

In this blog I will also discuss the problems faced by the persons registered under the sales tax act 1990 regarding filing of sales tax returns.
